Shipping and Deliveries

At DRAMMAS when you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions related to your order, please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@drammas.com.

Each order will be shipped in a single box or packaging bag , depending on the size of the product. If you want an extra box you can buy it separately.

Shipments are only made on business days (holidays not included). Keep in mind that deliveries will not be made to post office boxes.

Once we have processed your order we will proceed to the shipment. Shipments are made through the company Mail in the modality of certified shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination:

 

PENINSULA, BALEARIC ISLANDS

  • Shipping cost: 4. FREES with orders over 30€ .
  • delivery in 2-5 days working days, depending on the workload and the destination of the package.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking code of your package.
  • If home delivery does not take place, Correos will leave a notice in your mailbox and you will be able to pick up the shipment at your Reference Post Office during the following 15 calendar days.

 

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

  • Shipping cost: 4. FREES with orders over 30..
  • delivery in 5-10 days working days, depending on the workload and the destination of the package.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking code of your package.
  • If home delivery does not take place, Correos will leave a notice in your mailbox and you will be able to pick up the shipment at your Reference Post Office during the following 15 calendar days.

In the case of the CANARY ISLANDS, it is essential to indicate the DNI when making the purchase. If customs expenses are incurred, these will be assumed by the client.

 

INTERNATIONAL

  • Europe: 8 / 4-10 dayss weekdays FREE with orders over 50..
  • Rest of the world: 8 / Depending on the country of destination.. (Dispatch 1-3 days / Shipping: 15-20 days). FREE with orders over 50..
  • If you live outside of Spain, you can also receive your order through certified mail .
  • We will send you an email with the tracking code of your request.
  • If customs expenses are incurred, these will be assumed by the client.
  • Some shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer.

In times of high volume of orders (Christmas, Black Friday, Sales, etc.) delivery times may vary.
