¿What steps do I need to follow to make a change??
The period of time to make a change of a product is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order .
If all the requirements for the change are met, only one change will be made per order.
Email usinfo@drammas.com notifying of your intention to change indicating your order number.
You must specify your full name or your order number so that we can quickly process your request.
* Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and International Changes and returns are always the responsibility of the customer.
¿In which cases I can or cannot change some earrings?
The period of time to make a change of a product is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order .

RETURNS
¿In which cases returns are made?
- The customer receives the order in poor condition. In this case, DRAMMAS will bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs.
- The client has made the wrong ring size and wants to change it. In this case, the customer must bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs.
- The product is not what the customer expected and wants to change it. In this case, the customer must bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs.
Important note: In the case of earrings, no refunds will be made for hygiene reasons.
It is essential that the products are in perfect condition without having been used. It will always be the customer's responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to send the return to DRAMMAS and that it arrives in perfect condition.
If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return. The customer is responsible for the state of the product until it is received at DRAMMAS.
The time period for return an item is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order .
In no case will shipping costs already paid be refunded. Only the full amount of the product will be refunded.
¿Can I return my purchase and receive a refund??
¡At DRAMMAS we do make returns! And of course we will refund the amount of the product you want to return, but not the shipping costs you paid.
We want the customer to always be satisfied with our designs and with their order. In case you want to make a return you will have to contact our customer service teaminfo@drammas.com
¿How and when will I receive the amount of my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase, through a refund through PayPal or through a refund to your credit card.
After approving the return you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in the next 7/8 days after notification.
