What steps do I need to take to make a change?

The period of time to make a product change is 15 calendar days from the order delivery date .

If all requirements for the change are met, only one change will be made per order.

Write us at email info@drammas.com advising of your intention to change indicating your order number.

You must specify your full name or your order number so that we can quickly process your request.

* Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla and Internacional los changes and returns are always the responsibility of the client.

RETURNS

In which cases are returns made?

  • The customer receives the order in poor condition. In this case, DRAMMAS will bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs.
  • The customer has made the wrong size in the rings and want to change it. In this case, the customer must bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs.
  • The product is not what the customer expected and want to change it. In this case, the customer must bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs.

Important note: en In the case of earrings, no returns will be made for hygiene reasons.

It is essential that the products are in perfect condition without having been used. It will always be the client's responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to send the return to DRAMMAS and that it arrives in perfect condition.

If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return. The customer is responsible for the condition of the product until it is received in DRAMMAS.

The period of time to return an item is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order .

In no case, will returns of shipping costs already paid be made. Only the full amount of the product will be returned.

Can I return my purchase and receive a refund?

At DRAMMAS we do make returns! And of course we will refund the amount of the product you want to return, but not the shipping costs you paid.

We want the customer to always be satisfied with our designs and with your order. If you want to make a return, you will have to contact our customer service team info@drammas.com

How and when will I receive the amount of my return?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made your purchase , through a refund through PayPal or through a refund on your credit card.

After approving the return you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid in your account in the next 7/8 days after notification.
