Shipments are only made on working days (holidays not included). Please note that no deliveries will be made to PO boxes.

  • Shipping cost: € 4. FREE with orders over € 30.
  • Delivery in 2-5 working days , depending of the workload and destination of the package.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking code of your package.
  • If home delivery does not occur, Correos will leave a notice in your mailbox and you can pick up the shipment at your Reference Post Office during the next 15 calendar days.

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

  • Shipping cost: € 4. FREE with orders over € 30.
  • Delivery in 5-10 business days , depending on of the workload and destination of the package.
  • You will receive an email with the tracking code of your package.
  • If home delivery does not occur, Correos will leave a notice in your mailbox and you can pick up the shipment at your Reference Post Office during the next 15 calendar days.

In the case of CANARY ISLANDS, it is essential to indicate your ID when making the purchase. If customs expenses are incurred, these will be assumed by the client.

  • Rest of the world: € 8 / Depending on country of destination . (Expedition 1-3 days / Shipping: 15-20 days). FREE with orders over € 50.
  • If you live outside of Spain, you can also receive your order through certified mail .

In which cases are returns made?

Important note: en In the case of earrings, no returns will be made for hygiene reasons.

It is essential that the products are in perfect condition without having been used. It will always be the client's responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to send the return to DRAMMAS and that it arrives in perfect condition.

If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return. The customer is responsible for the condition of the product until it is received in DRAMMAS.

In no case, will returns of shipping costs already paid be made. Only the full amount of the product will be returned.

Can I return my purchase and receive a refund?

At DRAMMAS we do make returns! And of course we will refund the amount of the product you want to return, but not the shipping costs you paid.

How and when will I receive the amount of my return?
