At DRAMMAS when you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions related to your order, please contact us by sending an e-mail to info@drammas.com.
Each order will be shipped in a single box or packaging bag , depending on the size of the product. If you want an extra box you can buy it separately.
Shipments are only made on business days (holidays not included). Keep in mind that deliveries will not be made to post office boxes.
Once we have processed your order we will proceed to the shipment. Shipments are made through the company Mail in the modality of certified shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination:
PENINSULA, BALEARIC ISLANDS

- The customer receives the order in poor condition. In this case, DRAMMAS will bear the cost of the corresponding shipping costs.

Important note: In the case of earrings, no refunds will be made for hygiene reasons.
It is essential that the products are in perfect condition without having been used. It will always be the customer's responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to send the return to DRAMMAS and that it arrives in perfect condition.
If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return. The customer is responsible for the state of the product until it is received at DRAMMAS.
