Shipping policy

Shipments are only made on working days (holidays not included). Please note that no deliveries will be made to PO boxes.

Once we have processed your order we will proceed to the shipment. Shipments are made through the company Correos in the form of certified shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary according to destination:

PENÍNSULA, BALEARES

• Shipping cost: € 4. FREE with orders over € 30.
• Delivery in 2-5 working days , depending of the workload and destination of the package.
• You will receive an email with the tracking code of your package.
• If home delivery does not occur, Correos will leave a notice in your mailbox and you can pick up the shipment at your Reference Post Office during the next 15 calendar days.

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA strong >

• Shipping cost: € 4. FREE with orders over € 30.
• Delivery in 5-10 business days , depending on of the workload and destination of the package.
• You will receive an email with the tracking code of your package.
• If home delivery does not occur, Correos will leave a notice in your mailbox and you can pick up the shipment at your Reference Post Office during the next 15 calendar days.

In the case of CANARY ISLANDS, it is essential to indicate your ID when making the purchase. If customs expenses are incurred, these will be assumed by the client.

INTERNATIONAL

• Europe: € 8 / 4-10 business days . FREE with orders over € 50.
• Rest of the world: € 8 / Depending on country of destination . (Expedition 1-3 days / Shipping: 15-20 days). FREE with orders over € 50.
• If you live outside of Spain, you can also receive your order through certified mail .
• We will send you an email with the tracking code of your order.
• If customs expenses occur, These will be assumed by the client.
• Some shipments to countries outside the EU may carry additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer.

In times with high volume of orders (Christmas, Black Friday, Sales, etc) delivery times may vary.
